1. ADMINISTRATION / SECRETARIAL

  • Assisting in the processing of insurance claims
  • Assisting and advising on the enforcement of the rules
  • Assisting and advising on the maintenance of the common property
  • Negotiating on behalf of the Board of Trustees
  • Attending the Annual General Meeting of the Body Corporate
  • Arranging the annual Audit
  • Arranging and taking minutes of the Annual General Meeting
  • Attending quarterly Trustee meetings by arrangement
  • Storing of all documents and all other permanent records up to a period of 5 years
  • Assisting and advising the Board of Trustees on procedural matters
  • Attending to proxies, nominations, agendas etc
  • Preparing and dispatching notices as required by the Sectional Titles Act
  • Arranging for the insurance of buildings
  • The collection of levies and/or other income
  • Exercising reasonable credit control

2. ACCOUNTING

  • The preparation of the Annual Budget
  • Keeping full records of administration including proper books of account
  • Preparation of 2 monthly-unaudited financial statements
  • Operation of current and/or savings account
  • Verification and payment from available funds of all accounts
  • Payment of salaries, wages, PAYE, UIF
