About Us

AULA was established on 20 February 1991 by Frik & Dolette van Wyk, Johan Boshoff and Dick van der Walt. Our doors opened on 1 April 1991 in the Panorama Building in Centurion with a staff compliment of 5 and since left huge foot prints in the Centurion property market with a staff compliment of 18, operating from no 13 Corporate Corner, Marco Polo Street, Highveld, Centurion.

Not many companies have a Mission and Vision based on Christian values and principles. A Company is as good as all the team members living the promises of their Mission and Vision.

We strive to make a difference in the property market and to ensure that our clients have a positive experience when dealing with any of our staff members. We offer an emergency service to our clients by way of 2 emergency numbers available on our website – one for our sectional title division and one for our rental division.

We are a well-known, stable and professional rental & managing agency in Centurion Golf Estate, Eldo Glen, Zwartkop Golf Estate, the greater Centurion, Midstream and Heritage Hill.

Our rental staff consist of: FCD van Wyk (Chief Executive Director / Principal), Bernice Botha (Chief Operational Manager), Selita Pero (Chief Property Manager), Ernst van Eck (Property Practitioner), Linda Pretorius (Candidate Property Practitioner), Fortunate Mokoena (Candidate Property Practitioner) and Anita van Wyngaardt (Receptionist).

Aula Rentals, our Principal and all our rental agents are registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), and are continuously busy with training by way of the Continuing Professional Development programme, online e-learning and attending of training sessions by the PPRA and other approved institutions.

Although we concentrate on the rental market, we are well equipped to assist our clients with the selling of a property by way of an associate agent. We believe in networking to the benefit of our clients, our agency and all our staff.

A referral payment fee was introduced in May 2015 which proved to be an excellent opportunity for caretakers, agents from other agencies, existing landlords and tenants and any other person passing on successful leads to Aula Rentals. During this period 69 persons received referral fees.

Our success is based on proper staff structure, experience, honesty, enthusiasm, positive attitudes and friendly service.

Our involvement in the community is a highlight to all staff members. On Valentyns Day each year, our senior citizens at Rusoord in Lyttelton and Retire@ Midstream in Midstream, are spoilt with our company and something sweet to brighten their day and to show our love and appreciation to them for what they have done in the past in the community.

Aula Rentals is one of the main sponsors at the annual Chris Joubert Fishing and Market day held at Centurion Golf Estate to raise money for charity. A trophy for the biggest fish caught on this day is sponsored by Aula Rentals.
